 Secretary of State Workers Honored For Decades Of Service

     Charleston, W.Va. - Secretary of State Natalie E. Tennant honored three staff members today who marked public service milestones, wrapping up Public Service Recognition Week at the State Capitol.

    Secretary Tennant thanked Mima Morrow, Lisa Blake, and Penney Barker for their decades of service and presented each of them a proclamation marking the occasion.

    Lisa Blake began work in the Secretary of State's Office in 1991 under Secretary Ken Hechler. Mima Morrow began her service in 1985 also under Secretary Hechler. Penney Barker began work in 1981 under Secretary A. James Manchin.
