NOTICE
Effective July 1, 2010, pursuant to West Virginia Code §59-1-2(7), the West Virginia Secretary of State’s Office will enforce the collection of statutory fees relating to the search of records maintained on and/or offsite of the Secretary of State’s Office.
Effective July 1, 2010, pursuant to West Virginia Code 59-1-2(8), the West Virginia Secretary of State’s Office will enforce the collection of the $5 (five dollar) statutory fee for each document and/or copy faxed from the Secretary of State’s Office.
