Last day to file statement of organization of political committee	April 10, 2012: Last day to file statement of committee to be active in the Primary Election. October 8, 2012: Last day to file statement of committee to be active in the General Election.

Post-Primary Report	April 23, 2012 through May 20, 2012	May 21, 2012 through June 19, 2012	No exemptions. All 2012 candidates and political committees must file a report.
General - First Report	May 21, 2012 through September 23, 2012	September 24, 2012 through September 28, 2012	Candidates and political committees in which the total of all financial transactions during the reporting period does not exceed $500 and in which there are no outstanding loans or unpaid bills may submit a waiver.
Pre-General Report	September 24, 2012 through October 21, 2012	October 22, 2012 through October 26, 2012	No exemptions. All 2012 candidates with open campaigns must file a report. All committees must file report.
Post-General Report	October 22, 2012 through November 18, 2012	November 19, 2012 through December 19, 2012	No exemptions. All 2012 candidates with open campaigns must file a report. All committees must file a report.
