 Offices on the Ballot 2012

Public Offices, Political Party Officials and Constitutional Amendments on the Ballot in 2012

Federal, State, County and Political Party offices established by the U.S. Constitution, the West Virginia Constitution and law have terms of varying length, including two, four, six, eight and twelve year terms. This distribution makes every election year different. Remember, these facts and the number of seats may change by future changes in the Constitution and the law. Unexpired terms are not included here. One proposed amendment to the West Virginia Constitution will be on the ballot.
