2013 Heavy and Highway

The prevailing wage rates are set for each labor category and classification for each county by the West Virginia Division of Labor, based on standards established by West Virginia Code. For an explanation of the labor categories and classifications, see the appendices. NEW - Please notice Appendix VI includes Apprentice Fringe Rates.

Select the labor category to view the wage rates for heavy construction and highway construction applicable to projects requiring employers to pay the prevailing wage. Go to 2013 building construction wage rates to find rates for those labor categories.
