2010 Building and Construction Prevailing Wage Rates
The prevailing wage rates are set for each labor category and classification for each county by the West Virginia Division of Labor, based on standards established by West Virginia Code. For an explanation of the labor categories and classifications, see the appendices.

2nd Change: The Division of Labor discovered an error in the base and fringe rate of the carpenter classification in the Build Construction portion of 2010 Prevailing Wage Rates. These revised rates were filed with the Secretary of State on July 16, 2010. These corrections affect the following 3 counties and become effective immediately:
1st Change: The Division of Labor discovered an error in the base rate of the iron worker classification in the Building Construction portion of 2010 Prevailing Wage Rates. These revised rates were filed with the Secretary of State on March 18, 2010. These corrections will affect the following twelve counties and become effective immediately:
