 Prevailing Wage Rates

House Bill 4005 passed February 4, 2016 and became effective on May 4, 2016 repealed the statutory authority for the prevailing wages.  As a result, there are no prevailing wages in West Virginia at this time.  Below are the historical wage rates as filed by Work Force West Virginia.

For questions about the wage rates call Work Force West Virginia, (304) 558-7024.
